I haven't sincerely played a video game since I was 15.
I bought my son all the latest consoles and from time to time he kicks my ass in the games he's into. But he's 10... so fuck him.
I'm 28 and still play video games and the computer we are going to build will be a million times better than any console and cost 3 times as much. I will be able to play any next gen game my heart desires. Also no matter how much you practice the game, your son will still beat you. He has a faster reaction time. I often go to the park in hopes of bagging a snot nosed brat to drown in the creek, but they are too clever and fast.
