Poor stevey. The fortnightly welfare check comes in, gives a cut to his mom, then spends the rest on a tablet which for the first day he'll call "magical" and "the best ever" and "y'all just mad because you don't own this HTC Sumsung Evo Droid Mega III". Then a day later, he hates it and regrets spending all his hard-earned welfare dollars on a device he has no real-world use for.
