yeah they were boiled in a pot of beefstock with potatoes and mushrooms
but now theyre cold from the fridge and covered in congealed greases and fats
i dont wanna hear people running their mouths in the morning about who left the micro dirty
besides it was straight up disgusting, i wiped up maybe 10g worth of beef chunks

actually aspic is liquefacted meat, usually used as the "gravy" in wet pet food
this was just straight up beef fat & grease that forms at the top of the pot, and i picked it off before warming it

They're pretty good for making hot cider
and hot milk/choco milk
hot milk always seperates when i heat it on the stove and its a bitch to clean
the trick is to heat it on a low-medium heat while stirring; it only separates when it boils. personally i can't stand reheating coffee or anything in the microwave it still comes out all tepid and gross
