i took a day off from the gym yesterday because the day before was leg day and i was soooo sore
so today i went on a one mile run around the neighborhood, then a few hours later i went to the gym and ran another mile, beating my fastest 1k and 1mi

and then i proceeded to lift... i worked on biceps, did some smith machine squats, and then i finished with an intense ab session, some sets with a 3kg exercise ball...
