the biggest factor seems to be speed. the referee is like a random old dude and he says "GO" really quietly lol and right when he says that you gotta be fast.

but you've got this really strong wrist and if you can bend your wrist over theirs so theirs is pusshed back it's a good tactic it's heaps easier to beat them

start with the wrist when you have bent theirs over bring in the rest of your arm into it and slam them

thats the idea, but they are a lot faster so idk also last time a guy had to elbow foul 3 times to beat me and the ref didnt even call it. i would drop out but my buddy is a shoe in and i dont want to make him go alone.
