it works much better if you have some pot, psychedlics, mdma or opiates - but drugs aren't necessary, just takes longer to zone out without em
it also works much better with headphones that cancel outside noise

i guess not everyone can do that. if you are constantly plagued by racing/cycling thoughts then you will have trouble zoning out to music. you have to be able to let yourself fall into a meditative state. you could force it with seroquel, it's a tranquilizer that basically disables higher thinking for awhile. nasty stuff imo but for certain people it's a godsendQuote:
