Socialism and Communism is not mutually inclusive. Socialism is a government that is centered around the social needs of people whereas communism is simply a government that has tits society revolve around it.


Socialist but not communist countries: Every Scandinavian and Oceanic Nation, most of Western Europe, Venezuela.

Communist but not socialist nations: China, North Korea, and maybe Cuba although Cuba likes to pretend it is socialist.
