Adderall is 1/4th racemic amphetamine aspartate, 1/4th racemic amphetamine sulfate, 1/4th dextroamphetamine saccharate, and 1/4th dextroamphetamine sulfate.
That makes it 3/4th dextro isomer, and only 1/4th the shitty levo isomer which mostly gives peripheral side effects.

and its not even the best there is. Methadone is the best for a long duration and totally decent euphoria, but morphine is the best when it come to just euphoria -- hands down.
