All I've eaten the past two days are 2 hard boiled eggs and that taco salad.... I think I'm starting to develop an eating disorder.... I'm so obsessed with losing weight that anytime I eat anything, even just vegetables, I feel guilty.... :sad:

don't worry about the food as much as you worry about the workouts.
I eat a lot, but I cut out milk, processed foods, refined sugars, white rice, etc.
I still eat cheese, I still eat bread, whole wheat mainly though. I don't really limit my intake, but that's because I'm either running 2-3 miles or biking for 30-45 minutes a day, plus going to the gym 4-5 days a week.
Don't limit what you eat, just maximize your workout.
The more you eat, just work out more!
