installing windows 8 is easy, it's the jenga tower of shell replacements and theme packs and taskbar enhancements that take the bulk of the time, that's why my machines look exactly like they did when they were installed because I do not care what they look like and am certainly not going to go to the trouble to customize my computer because I am not an 8 year old girl

fact my gaming rig has been running the same copy of windows 7 since 2009 through 3 different motherboard swaps and 2 hard drive replacements. I've never once broken it so bad I needed to reinstall it. I can do this because I know what I am doing.
