Wow this tech thread stayed on track until the women got here.
Also, in the vein of OB's remark, I too made an Amelia Bedilia reference earlier today.
my period hurts my womb
i use it to watch netflix sometimes on one of my 5 netflix comaptible devices (not counting computers) (what do I ened this many "smart" devices for)
but I usually use my PS3 over ethernet because it seems to produce the best quality HD
or my Xbox over eterhnet in my bedroom (though my room tv isnt as big or nice)

Welp, so I love the new system so far.
radeon 6770
phenom II quad 3.4
8 gb ram
240 gb sdd with my 1tb as storage
I know it's not super amazing but I built it for under 700 and it's faster than my old rig
building your own system isnt really any cheaper than just buying one to be honest unless you just want to reuse your old hard drive/monitor/keyboard/mousie/operating system
unless you can get parts wholesale or from the manufacturer or you "know a guy" or w/e
i have 29 tabs open right now
YA WE INTERNETIN HARD
ill just assume you have a 64 bit operating system if you want more than 4 GB of ram (i dont know what your tech level is)
Yeah I was using my old monitors, case, mouse, keyboard, and keeping my second hdd.
All I bought was ssd, RAM, mobo, CPU, and graphics card for my upgrade.
So actually all told my upgrade costs were like 560
aight ya'll got my drivers installed and got Steam started on downloading some games. time for bed, LATER!
I need to get some new hard drives and upgrade to windows 7 (still using vista on my desktop lmao)
i even have a free copy of 7 I got from school Im just too lazy
I also want to get a SSD as my primary drive and use my old drives for storage
are you putting your Steam installation on a storage drive or your SSD? my primary drive is 1 TB and I am alreayd out of room and I only have like 40% of my games installed
i once encountered a tiger striped dragon, luckily i escaped with my life
