I don't do a tremendous amount of sigil work but I know that it's important to forget about the sigil once it's charged. It's the trickiest part. The minute you let go is when things are supposed to begin to manifest.
What I can say is that magic has shown me I have a tendency of standing in the way of the things I want most and the times when I least want to get off my ass and do something are the most crucial times to do so. You probably won't find a girlfriend locking yourself away indoors. You have to invite the opportunity to you. Pack away your xbox completely and hit the gym again!
