SUSPECT: Timothy Kasinger a 30 year old resident of Paso Robles
Department Contact: Watch Commander 805.781.7313
On March 28, 2014 at approximately 9:19 PM, San Luis Obispo Police Officers were dispatched to a suspicious subject in the neighborhood. Several Officers arrived in the area and began to search for the subject. One of the Officers observed Timothy Kasinger standing on private property in front of a living room window of a residence. The window was open and the screen was partially off. Timothy Kasinger ducked down behind a hedge and tried to hide when he spotted the vehicles head lights.
Timothy Kasinger was contacted and questioned. The investigation revealed that Timothy Kasinger did not live at the residence, nor have permission to be there. Timothy Kasinger was arrested for prowling and peeping in a residence.
The investigation is ongoing to determine if there are additional victims. Residences are asked to notify the Police Department if they have any information that would assistant in this investigation.

David was 180 pounds, five-foot-seven and severely drunk. He had a BAC of .19.
Together the bouncers top about 700 pounds, outweighing him by almost 400%. He was asphyxiated for almost half an hour. We're talking about guys who could crush a Volkswagen between their buttcheeks. For somebody like this Walking into a room and sneezing is excessive force. A quarter ton bouncer does not need help subduing a drunk man a third his size.
So far, no one has been charged in his death. With luck, we'll see a couple of manslaughter charges soon.
