I used to feel the same way before I actually started working with the homeless and welfare leeches like stefv. I now realize that it is possible for these people to improve themselves and that is why seeing disgusting leeches like stefv wallowing in their self pity irritates me so much. It is completely their choice whether they wish to avail of the resources so readily available vto them, living in a rich country with so many social programs. Requirements for being on social assistance and disability need to change to force people to enroll in programs to better themselves with the aim being to wean them off the socialist test

there should be a euthanasia industry in the US and people who have not contributed to the economy in a certain amount of time should be systematically put to death. also, all welfare and "disability" claimants should be made to work for their money or should be going through training. their claims should be reviewed quarterly and if they do not meet the requirements, they should be given a certain amount of time to get a job. serial offenders should be put to death. no more debtor's prison - that is basically what welfare is, since it forces you to scrape the bottom of the barrel in order to get by.
