man there are so many good ones... i want to say the lord of the rings movies because you can kill a whole day with those and it has decent cgi. honestly i would have to say some of arnold's were the best like terminator 2 or conan... if you are really high some time check out animated stuff like fire and ice, or "wizards" is fucking amazing on mushrooms not many people know that movie (its kinda like a less gay fritz the cat).

a boy and his dog was my goto 'watch after a breakup with a girl' movie, anyone who's seen it will understand why

blade runner is a classic for sure

blade runner isn't scifi because it takes place in the future, it's scifi because the whole plot is about biologically engineered robots...

the bulldozers mashing up people was probably really provocative at the time, overall kinda meh for me

if they redid it and glitzed it up with cgi and stuff i could get into it. i guess i dont wanna watch a movie full of running from the cops and burning trash barrels. its like driving though detroit lol jk

there's not much you could use cgi on but you could make a funner looking world and cast a better lead, I like charlton heston but lets face it he's kind of goofy he's only one step above shatner
