Jazz does not piss and shit all over the house. She poos outside or in her kitty litter. She pisses in her kitty litter or outside but on a rare occasion she pisses on a pile of cloths or a towel if it's left on the floor. That is why my piles of clean washing are up on chairs. She's pretty good usually, she's an 18 year old cat.
