It was a 3d X-ray, just think 10, 20 years ago they didn't have that and would just go in an rip them out and I could have ended up with no taste or a half paralysed face
If they ever do grow out they should be far enough away from the nerve then but the dentist said some people's never grow out, I didn't even have my first wisdom tooth grow out until a couple of years ago
