I think I like starting intellectual arguments on the internet because it keeps me fresh while I'm not in school. Even if I lose the argument, I'm still learning something, so I just babble away and take in feedback and apply adjustments to myself where needed

all these books are exactly the same plot
blank slate of a guy, make him vague and with out personality so the pre-teen girl can paint what ever they want on him
girl with low self esteem is thrown into some situation with the guy and she falls in love and this relationship boosts her self esteem and she ends up in a better place in the end now that she has found true love
Hitler is after them (it is actually well documented that Hitler had a keen interest in the esoteric) because he wants to be immortal, and at the end of the second book Hitler succeeds in becoming immortal, and our heroes have to obtain the spear of destiny in order to destroy him
or maybe not Hitler but one of Hitler's henchmen in charge of hunting down esoteric items
its got everything chicks love, Egypt, astrology, esoteric magic, romance, vampires, and a little bit of action because the types of girls who read these books are the adventurous types not those incredibly vain cheerleader types
