rootbeer owns a house in the most rural of areas(a swamp) of a US state

i thought rootbeer and lisa were returning to australia after she's visited for 2 weeks. didn't understand why he needed to rent an apartment if that's all the time they were spending here.

are you just going to visit after 2 weeks? or emigrating to australia or what?
