That was actually me that posted that, he pmed me and told me to put it in my sig, I didn't really want it in my sig and asked him if yous would notice and then I posted it there and also in maks' profile

What does it do?

logs all the ips of everyone who loads the picture so he can back trace people,to there home computer and an acutal hacker can do quite a bit with a person ip adresss,

like imggur or w/e is on another server and iplogger gifs log everyone's ip address who vies the picture and let's the user who used that iploggers' ip adress'es
