I dealt with this same shit on gnd, stompleb would delete his account every 5 minutes then the next day he'd come back expecting me to validate him and make him an s-mod again. eventually I IP banned him.

I have managed to catch up on just enough rent so that I'm not so far behind that they can evict me. For now I still have a roof over my head. I'm doing the best I can right now.
