Anyway, I've been at home all day regenerating. I feel way better.
I got my house keys from her, so I took a shower, cleaned some of my clothes, cleaned the apartment a bit, listened to music all day, going to walk the dog soon. Being able to come here whenever (whenever my dad is at work tbh) is a great help to me.

I'm still going to stay at the shelter, my dad drinks too much, we'll fight. I'm not living here, just cleaning up and helping ith the dog and grabbing clothes/food/tea/etc.
