yeah it does seem like a really huge hassle.
the big issue is that someone would need to be home 24/7 for that couch to be properly maintained
i mean what happens if say you are two hours away and it starts to rain
you could always leave the tarp on and take it off when you want to use it but imo i think that would look like shit so if you are happy having a gazebo setup that looks like shit do that
If you look there's a lamp and an end table out there too.
I'm pretty sure it's one of those patios are partially enclosed, but they have tarp-walls for the wintertime/ rain
