Why was oxycodone, the far more potent and addictive alternative to the commonly prescribed hydrocodone, available in doses up to 160mg (i think i even remember a 320 but that would flat out kill a person) while hydrocodone highest dose per pill was capped at 10mg?
Not to mention oxy is 1.5 - 2x the potency per milligram of hydrocodone
