ruby did you see it yet?
what about you, loopy lisa?
yeah I saw it the day it came out here with my dad
I felt like Damon Lindelof's writing and JJ Abrams directing were doing their best to make a bad movie but it still came out a fun adventure movie, way better than the first that was just a never ending fuck up
i liked the first one.
compare the first one in jj abram's series to the first star trek movie...
I have never seen any of the old star trek movies but I'm guessing a video of a dog doing a shit recorded now adays would be better than them since they are like 50 years old
hahah, you should definitely see the first one. it's the worst piece of shit ever, a huge disappointment. you should see it for a laugh if you have 90 mins to spare.
I dont know how but I really dont have 90 minutes to spare, even for movies that I am looking forward to, I just dont have the attention span to watch something for an hour and a half unless its at the theater
I intended to watch wrath of khan before I saw the newest one since they reference it but I just couldnt be fucked
honestly, wrath of khan is the only decent one in the first series
going to see it soon
didnt read thread but im going to see it in imax today
nice
I cant believe people liked the first one
it was fucking terrible and so was promethus, both written by damon lindelof who everyone gives a pass when he makes shit movies but oh no when he was writing Lost THEN it was a problem
prometheus was dull, i'll give you that
i've seen the old star trek films, they're not very memorable, being saved by whales was kinda gay
nuke the whales
:rofldata:
ramen is literally hot and sexy now though
im seeing it today!
mondes first post in ages and its about star trek :dull:
Predictable
i totally predicted the KHANNNNNNNNNN yell and it made me want to go make a bunch of polend ytmnds but there's just too many things i'd rather do
Fantastic movie, loved every minute. Great pacing, great visuals. I really loved Scotty's voice. When Simon Pegg started talking I couldn't help but think about Ruby and his accent. In the bar scene with Scotty, his tipsy, elevated tone was too much. I closed my eyes, lifted up my skirt and visualized it was Ruby talking. My pussy was already so wet from thinking about it. I took off my 3D glasses and used temples bend to fuck my cunt wildly. He kept talking and I fucked myself faster in the theater, craving Ruby inside me. After i have no idea 40-50 minutes of this, I came to my senses and the movie was wrapping up. I put my skirt down, and my sticky wet glasses back on my face and watched as Captain Kirk steered the Starship Enterprise into the next adventure.
ya it was pretty good but did anyone stop to ask why they left from qo'nos and literally 2 minutes later get taken out of warp and they're back at earth...? hmm?
star trek is scientology
just like battlestar galactica is mormonism
i am just sayingm, there is no way the Starship Enterprise, a Constitution class vessel with comparatively limited warp capability and maximum cruising speed of warp 8, compared to, oh, say, a SOVEREIGN CLASS flagship such as the Enterprise-E with its maximum cruising speed of warp 9.985 (exponentially higher than warp 8) took quite a lot longer to get from Romulus, which is not much further than Qo'nos, to Earth. Also, in Enterprsie, its well established that the NX-01 took approximately 4 days to travel to Qo'nos, though this was admittedly with its rather limited warp 4.5-capable engines; it's conceivable that the Constitution-Class Enterprise could make the voyage in a matter of hours... but minutes? no, i'm afraid not.
:smugga:
I would let ramen peg the shit out of me m8
also camoron maybe they edited down the trip since who wants to waste an hour and they just didnt mention it since that would kill the tension if they are casually cruising at warp speed for a day before shit kicks off
(in the context of this thread) ruby would let her simon pegg the shit out of him
