For the record, it could be a wide variety of different things. Acetaminophen (tylenol) is your first line of defense. Take one and see how you feel. If the symptoms are accompanied by a stuffed nose or something like that, a decongestant would also be of use. That will be 500 dollars.

My penis looks fine. My big toes have bruises under the nails but they've been like that for a while and I think it's from my shoes.

I took some DayQuil earlier and it sort of went away but has come back. I've had a cold for the last two weeks that won't go away. Had to call in sick today since I couldn't work with a fever.
