Empty Seasoning Mix into medium bowl; coat chicken. 2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add chicken. Cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until deep golden brown on outside and no longer pink in center. Use as taco filling. Refrigerate leftovers. Also Great for FISH! You Will Need: 1 Lb Tilapia or Other White Fish Fillets, 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil, 1 Pkt Taco Seasoning Mix 1. Cut fish into 10 equal-size pieces. Empty Seasoning Mix into shallow dish; coat fish lightly. 2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add fish. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown on bottom. Reduce heat to medium. Turn fish; cook 2 to 3 minutes longer until fish flakes easily with fork (145°F). Thicker pieces may need to cook longer. Use as taco filling. Refrigerate leftovers.

they cook p quick on the skillet I just learned maybe I'll put some panko breadcrumbs on them and fry those motherfucker in some canola oil and some rice a roni because I am the most middle class white man on the planet
you could make quality tendies i imagine with fresh chicken tends. people are always talking to me about panko, they don't have that brand in korea so it isnt in my consciousness and i don't use it or any similar producte.
one thing for frying i've permanently switched to is using this "frying flour" which is something like 65% cornstarch, 34% wheat flour and 1% raising agents. it makes things crispy as shit and they don't fall apart
panko isn't a brand it's a different kind of breading where the crumbs are large and hard so it ends up really crunchy even if you bake it. would your frying powder work in an electric skillet coated with cannola oil because IO am not dealing with an actual fryer that is too much work
