hows your health at this moment

i feel like i bleed a lot these days

im surprised my liver seems to be doin fine

i am also saprised that my teeths are good. must be my conscious dasision to not eat sugar much

my bones and muscels is getting a bit older

i drunkenly did a jump kick to destroy a paper lantern a few months ago and since then my one elbow bone has a sensitive spot


i am aerobically(?) strong

I can still out drink just about anyone so I guess pretty good

my doctor said im super healthy ^__^

I ate the salad they brought with my lunch
