as the educational standards of the country increase, so does desire to go to college. There are only so many jobs in the country; as people continue having more kids, job-seeking becomes more competitive. Big corporations continue saving money instead of paying employees more, as it is in the best interest of corporations to do so.
As the educational standards of the country decrease, the rate at which people have kids increases.
