This person hasn't seemed to have changed a bit in 4 years. It's always sad to me when I see people on Facebook or whatever that have had no personal growth in an absurd amount of time (I'm young, this probably doesn't apply to older people)
I had a friend around 6 years ago that was a bit older than me. We were both going through the 'emo' phase that tends to be popular for some people. Well, I grew out of it and made new friends. He's 25, a highschool dropout, no job, living at home, and still identifies with 'emo' culture. It's kinda sad, but he did it to himself.
