Every news report has a thousand screenshots of twitter with people saying "THAT'S SO AWFUL LETS BAN GUNS" fact is it's nearly impossible to get a handgun in Connecticut and this guy had two of them and a bulletproof vest. No amount of regulation would have stopped this short of melting down every single gun on the planet.

it's a question of meeting laws/regulations about getting the work done before X number of days/hours for the rest of the proceedings
