its a fail-safe mechanism that's looking for specific instructions at the binary level which are corrupt/damaging,
but mathematically there could be corrupt instructions which it isn't looking for. You could also, in theory, corrupt ram making it unusable
there's no fix for it either besides changing the architecture of the processor itself
