is there a program that goes through my computer and cleans up folders and files that are left over from BULL SHIT

not ccleaner that doesn't do this, I'm talking like I installed some fallout new vegas mods then I was like what am I doing this game sucks so I uninstalled it, idk if any files from that are still hanging around, or the evga/gigabyte/whatever overclock programs that came on my drivers disks I don't want on here that I uninstalled, etc etc you know


I have stuff on android that does that there's gotta be something for windows if I can do it on my little tiny phone the #1 OS ever should have something that does that


I like to keep everything clean and organized in real life and second life so I'd like to keep my windows install clean too
