eggs benedict are somewhat tacky, but undeniably the best at times. i could go for one right now. i had some fucking 12 dollars a pop eggs benedicts in NYC.

soft boiled, split 3/4ths the way up with toast slices are nice

if the yolk is hard, ill eat a fried egg but could care less
