everythign still happens instantly, I'm not trying to improve performance, but is there a way to lower my electricity bill that's the thing I'm really looking for here, it's really low as it is that's why I paid all that extra cash for this pc cause it's the most pwoerful one and only costs 30 cents a month to run 24/7 and I only run it once a week for 20 minutes, bvut can I ge tit alow erhta htantsdt?

I redid classic start menu I'm using the two colum start menu now so there can be more recent programs and whatever, it can show 22 recent programs but I also redid the start menu programs folder to just have what I need as you can see
