it was a "minicube", i was also recording it through a shitty 5 dollar microphone, and i had it on bridge pick-ups the whole time (even during clean parts) i was just dicking around recording, wasn't too concerned with the acoustics and tone, because no matter what i was stuck with a shit amp and a shit microphone

although i downloaded this really tight program called "amplitube" though, which is like having a limitless customizable amp on your computer (as long as you have a USB-guitar cord, like the one that comes with the game rocksmith) and i can record some pretty decent sounding stuff through that

my friend (the guy who taught me how to play guitar) says that finger picking is the only thing i'm good at and is the only reason he likes playing with me, because he said he feels like he can actually learn something from me
