had broccoli and cheese for breakfast,
a little bit of broccoli and a glass of V8 vegetable juice for a lunch-time snack,
and now i'm making ground beef (just ground beef with no sauce or carbs or buns or ketchup or anything like that) for dinner.
I also worked out for an hour on the Gazelle in my room, did some push-ups and sit-ups, and went for a walk outside :)
i'm gonna get nice and fit in no time
