go into your router and forward port 80 then whitelist it in the windows firewall

you might not be able to see it on your ip even after it's configured, some devices can't loop back to themselves, test it on your phone with wifi turned off

anything will work if you install the right plugins. I doubt you can handle getting php or mariasql running, so in your case no, forum software would not work

btw this is an "ubee" router that came with cox I'm pretty sure it's the worst modem/router ever made I actually have to replug it to get wifi back like a lot I'd go years without having to do that with a ll the shitty modems they've used before it might just not even work with this trash hopefully my sister has a different one
