it looks like dirt but is embedded in the paint, do any of you car nerds know about this and how to remove it

kerosene tank can be found in abandoned gas station for plane duster in rural area where my grandfather lives, it's very weird that they left a tank there since owner escaped from this town because is accused of involvement with narcos.

if its a metal panel with a three-layer paint job and you can't just wipe it off the car you may have damaged the enamel and any solvent you use is gonna melt away the paint underneath

specks of black might be pock-marks in the paint, there is black underneath on the plastic panels
