10-23-2012I must have missed this when he originally posted it but now seems like a good time to point out that roger waters wrote the entirety of the wall all by himselfBullshit, did you hear that shitty rerelease of comfortably numb? "oh i'll change a few words and the feel of it and make it more like my awesome radio kaos album. Seriously, waters is as fucking delisional about how good he is as dee snyder.

Without gilmour waters wouldn't have this awesome emo rant that spanned a whole album:

10-23-2012He didn't only write the lyrics, he wrote the songs. He recorded all the ambient sounds. The story is his autobiography, except later on disc 2 when he morphs into syd barrett and hitler. The Wall might as well be a Waters solo album.

I have evidence, I present to you an abridged history of pink floyd

there's two quirky experimental very 60's albums that barrett wrote, a bunch of unbelievably influential and successful albums that waters wrote, and then the two that nobody bought

10-23-2012lets just clarify that you're the only person on the face of the earth who thinks pink floyd got better when rogers left and gilmour took over. david gilmour doesn't even agree with you. why do you think he made 2 albums then gave up?

10-23-2012no I want to get put on a salary so I never have to work at all and still collect a paycheck. I want an office I never go to, that's my measure of success, someone keeps a room and a desk for me but I never fucking use it

10-23-2012in 1993 I was in middle school so I can't say for sure but probably not

I pay $800 for rent, and that would leave me another $800 for cigarettes, gas, food, and car insurance. Not comfortable, but do-able.
