so today, i went hard at the gym. i ran a mile, and i was 3 seconds away from beating my best 1 mile time.... so mad, brah.... then i did squats with the smith machine... went as low as possible... did weight training for a good hour and a half, then i walked 2 miles... my legs were too shot to run again from all the weight training i did with my legs...
so, rootbeer, should i wait til it's comfortable with squatting low before i up the weight??
