dont buy in to the "bacon is unhealthy" bullshit, a reasonable amount of bacon is fine,
your body needs cholesterol for testosterone production and to aid in muscle growth.
There isn't a whole lot of protein in bacon, you'd be better off with just eggs or a hamburger
