It used to be a greasy italian guy who wears a bunch of cologne instead of showering and talks about being italian all the time. a lot of them are only like 1/3rd italian. nowadays it means the 6 or 7 people on the jersey shore and a class of people irl who are supposedly just like them who I'm not convinced even exist.
