eh... it was like i just didn't even notice til i was eating sonic size chili cheese fries and looked down in my lap and i was like "oh shit... i need to quit this... right after i finish these fries!! OMG"

but it's been proven that there are addictive additives in fast food. now that i'm "looseing wait" the closest thing i eat to "fast food" is pita pit. <3 but i was really too busy to notice at the time. ask any doctor, and they'll tell you that losing weight is very difficult and change of diet and becoming active is difficult if you're used to a non-active life and always on the go, forced to eat like crap. you have to make it a lifestyle to eat healthy. i eat healthy now, but it was a difficult adjustment period. i can't eat anything fried, now. it makes me sick.
