just so you know , DP, its a grand strategy and i chose the roman empire like 10 years before the eastern empire was completely gone from existence, and i took over the turks by making a massive navy and blockading the black sea so the turks couldnt reinforce their armies...
you do that when theyre being attacked by the timurs and you find the perfect time to strike
