how do I maintain my cpu and gpu? how do I even identify what they are? I should to clean my current ones to see if they havnt just gotten dusty or smoething

I will literally only turn it on when I want to play a game so it wont overheat and melt like whatever happened to my alienware that has been on for literally three years straight

It won't overheat when it's sitting idle, it'll overheat when you start playing a game and taxing it a bit. then it'll bluescreen or shut itself off and refuse to turn back on until it cools off
