I GOT A NEW CAR TODAY!!!!

let me tell you my cars history

my uncle bobby married his high school sweetheart in 1968

he bought this car for his mother in law BRAND NEW

she drove it until she died, and then he got it back. it sat 5 years

he started it up, rocked it out of the honeysuckle and parked it again

it sat 12 more years

we went out today and took the top half of the carb off, sprayed a little ether in it and BOOM

runs like she just got off the line in alabama (where she was made)

Was the car his dowry? Is that still how it works in the south?
