Even though your liver metabolizes N-acetyl-p-benzoquinoneimine, an amount of damage has already been done before it can be metabolized.

ANY dose of acetaminophen will cause SOME DEGREE of liver damage.

In doses of 4-6 grams, slight liver damage will occur, but can be recovered from. In doses of more than 10 grams, damage can be severe. And 20-30 grams can be lethal.

yes, any dose of acetaminophen will cause some degree of liver damage. youre a moron, however, and so you dont understand that virtually all of the liver damage produced by small amounts of acetaminophen will be repaired with no scar tissue, so it's literally meaningless and it definitely has a better side effect profile than ibuprofen, other NSAIDs, or opiods, especially considering you can use it during both pregnancy and breastfeeding. there are multiple studies that have established the long term safety of reasonable dosages of tylenol, sorry.
