ramen this is a two part post.
part 1) go run outside, don't run on the treadmill. running outside allows your entire body the ability to get a better workout, as there is a better emphasis on stabilizer muscles when you have to move around instead of conforming to a tight, constricting rhythm.
part 2) i just got a phone call from a company in montana, they are based in missoula. I bought a new line gear pack from them, and they were calling to follow up on my order. man those people in montana sure are nice folk, huh?
