passive aggressive vs aggressive

i hate the word "passive aggressive", when someone uses the term it immediately makes me think of intellectual bohemians who racked up a bunch of student loans to get a degree in psychology only to spend the rest of their lives in denial but slowly coming to terms with the realization that that was a massive mistake and they don't even have a real job.. They either end up having to take care of misbehaving little shits with a little piece of paper called a degree to help convince themselves that what they're doing is meaningful, or they actually get paid to be that guy stuck listening to a drunk depressed person blabber on about their problems even though that's the exact reason they're there, because their wife and kids couldn't take listening to them blabber on about their problems any longer.
